3. No large bags or purses allowed.
4. Colorado's Finest Estate Sales does not provide movers, nor do we assist in dismantling or moving items.
5. No food or drink is permitted in the house.
6. No pets are permitted in the house.
7. All purchased items must be picked up by the end of the sale. No exceptions.
8. We accept cash, credit, Venmo, and Zelle. An additional 3% fee will be added to credit card charges.
