On the days of sale, doors open promptly at 9:30AM,,,please, NO EARLY BIRDS....WE DO NOT PROVIDE MANPOWER TO MOVE LARGE ITEMS. IF YOU PURCHASE A LARGE ITEM, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MOVING THE ITEM AS WELL AS ANY DAMAGE TO ITEM OR THE HOME YOU ARE REMOVING IT FROM. PLEASE TAKE NOTE.....THANK YOU.

Cash or Credit Card accepted, NO CHECKS. Please bring help to load large items, not responsible for accidents or injuries. Sales tax will be added to all sales, if you are tax exempt please bring a copy of your license to leave with us at the time of purchase. Shoplifters will be prosecuted and banned from future sales. Changing or removing price stickers will be considered Shoplifting. All valuables are removed on a nightly basis. Entrance will be through the front door, first in line, first in the door. All sales are final, sold AS IS, WHERE IS without warranty, expressed or implied. No promise of condition is made by the seller or by us as an agent of the seller.

Every effort is made to represent the sale accurately in the photos. However, occasionally family members remove items prior to the sale, so no guarantee of availability of advertised or photographed items. We will try to update photos and item availability as often as possible.

All merchandise must be removed by 4PM on the last day of the sale. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please be courteous of neighbors and other shoppers. We make every effort to create a pleasurable shopping experience. Do not block driveways and keep children under control.
