2. We Do collect Sales Tax-be prepared to provide documentation if you are tax exempt,
3. All sales are final-there are no refunds or exchanges,
4. Sold items must be removed by the end of the advertised dates of the estate sale. If not removed, the items revert back to the seller with no refund,
5. Persons attending the estate sale assume all risks of damage, injury, or loss to their person and or property and release seller/seller's agent from liability thereof,
6. Security is on site and we do prosecute shoplifters,
7. Disrespectful/disruptive customers will be asked to leave,
8. We Do provide delivery of larger items for an additional fee,
9. Loading/disassembling & hauling of purchased items is the responsibility of the buyer if not using delivery service,

Opting for the Sunny weather and the need to catch more fish, our clients have high-tailed it out of here before the snow flies! Remnants from closure of their construction business has added a nicely stocked shed & garage of tools. If you're looking for antique furniture and Knick knacks, we "got 'em". There is a nice selection of yard art & furniture, and a snow blower (Toro 521) is up for grabs! Inside the house you'll find fishing, hunting, and sports items. We love the gorgeous pool table with its' accessories. The usual suspects are for sale from lots of holiday items, kitchen, crafts (sewing machine, embroider & heavy duty specific) & office. There are electronics too; stereos, stereo cabinets, laptops, TVs & monitors! NOTE: Some items are currently available & advertised for pre-sale purchase. Please enter the sale through the garage.
