The dates of this sale may change due to inclement weather.
We will allow a limited number of customers inside the property at a time.
Please be calm, patient, maintain social distancing, and stay home if you feel unwell. Masks are highly recommended.

Cash and Cards accepted. No checks.
Sales tax will be charged. Dealers, please have your sales tax ID available.
You are responsible to arrange for removal of large items you purchase. We are sorry, but our staff cannot help you move or load your purchases.
Assumption of risk applies under Colorado law. All sales are final.
All items are sold as is, where is.
Items will not be held. First come, first serve.
Please bring your own boxes or bags for the many fine items you may purchase.
We prosecute shoplifters to the fullest extent of the law.
Line begins forming no earlier than 7am (please maintain social distancing).
Any presence on the sale site prior to the sale will be considered trespassing.
Valuables are removed from the site during off-hours.
Home is occupied, please respect signage limiting access.
