Additional Terms & Conditions:

1. Maintenance of Payment Information In order to place a bid or list an item, you must have valid payment information stored in your profile. By providing your credit/debit card information to Caring Transitions, you irrevocably authorize Caring Transitions to charge your primary card on file for the total purchase amount of any winning bid plus any fees associated with the sale of the item, including but not limited to taxes, shipping, and handling fees. You also agree and acknowledge that you will maintain valid payment information within your user profile so long as you maintain an account with Caring Transitions and that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

Caring Transitions reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to cancel listings or bids or suspend bidding privileges of any user not maintaining valid payment information. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect amounts owed by charging other payment methods on file with us, and/or retain collection agencies and legal counsel. In addition, you may be subject to late fees and interest in Caring Transitions discretion which will not exceed the maximum amount permitted by applicable law.

2. Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase. If you are the winning bidder, you are committed to purchasing and picking up your item(s) or making shipping/delivery arrangements. Please do not bid if you do not plan to purchase.

3. If you bid, you MUST be available, or arrange for, the pickup of your purchases on the scheduled pickup date or pay for shipping/delivery.

4. Bring necessary tools and help for picking up large items. Loading assistance is NOT available. Some items may be located on a 2nd floor, basement or out-building.

5. Receipts are emailed to winning Bidders once the sale has completely closed and payment is secured. All invoices under five thousand dollars ($5,000) will be auto charged to the primary card on file in your user profile for the total amount. Purchases over five thousand dollars ($5,000) will require an auto charge of 10% of whatever the invoice total is. Remaining payment for those invoices must be handled between you and the Seller; invoice must be paid in full before receiving a receipt for items won.

If delivery or shipping is offered by Seller, then you must select your desired item receipt method before you place your bid. A shipping or delivery invoice will be created, and charges will be discussed between you and the Seller; a shipping or delivery invoice must be paid before receiving items. If you do not pickup the item(s) up during the scheduled pickup time outlined on the Seller location Terms and Conditions or pay for shipping/delivery, Caring Transitions reserves the right to charge your payment method on file for the greater of the total purchase price of the item plus any applicable handling and shipping charges or a $40.00 restocking fee. 9. The exact address of the scheduled pickup will be on the invoice/receipt e-mailed after the auction closes.

10. All items not picked up during the scheduled pickup time will be considered abandoned and will be donated or resold. No refunds will be given.

11. An 18% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final bid amount when invoiced.

12. We have made every effort to describe Lot items as accurately as possible. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. We do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS, and where is. No refunds or returns to Caring Transitions but some items may be available for the Make It Returnable Program through a third party insurer. Caring Transitions does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device. Dimensions given may be approximate.

13. Listings times have a soft close. Extra time may be added to ending times to allow bidders more time to win. This will give you time to receive an outbid notification and place a higher bid and mimics what happens in a live auction where the auctioneer asks for any last bids before making the sale. If tie bids are made, the bidder who placed the bid first will be the winner of a tie.

Welcome to A Life of Grace & Beauty, Part 3: Fall & Winter Festivities, the next chapter in an extraordinary estate collection filled with beauty, personality and an undeniable love of jewelry.

We are honored to present this collection on behalf of the daughter of a woman who was an avid and enthusiastic collector. To say she loved jewelry may be an understatement. Her collection became so extensive that she would invite people into her home to browse through her jewelry and ask them which pieces they would like to keep. With the abundance and variety, she assembled over the years, she could practically have opened her own boutique.

Fall & Winter Festivities celebrates the rich colors, sparkle and glamour of the seasons with a wonderful assortment of possibly antique and definitely vintage pieces, costume jewelry and select fine jewelry. Discover statement necklaces, bracelets, earrings, brooches, rings and other treasures in warm autumn hues, classic winter tones and plenty of shimmering rhinestones and sparkle.

The festivities extend beyond the jewelry box. We have also selected sparkling and statement-making clothing and accessories featuring rhinestones, sequins, glitz and glamour—perfect for holiday gatherings, winter celebrations, special occasions or simply for someone who believes a little sparkle makes everything better.

Some pieces are elegant and timeless. Others are bold, whimsical, colorful or wonderfully glamorous. Together, they reflect the collection of a woman who clearly believed jewelry was meant not merely to be collected, but worn, enjoyed and shared.
