Must see large collection of framed and unframed original 18th through 20th century Japanese Ukiyo-e woodblock prints, paintings and scrolls collected over 50+ years, artist/collector's own woodblock art done in the Japanese style, miscellaneous Latin American art, framed and unframed and a small number of unique framed posters from the 40s thru the early 80s. The collection also includes many Japanese ceramic Hakata Urasaki figurines, porcelain and carved wooden statues of Daruma and other traditional figures, and various small netsuke figures in bone, ivory or wood. Other items are a small number of kutani ware porcelain tea or sake cups, Greek, Latin American and Italian sculptures. There is also a large number of specialized books (60+) on or about Japanese art, art history, artists and styles, focused on woodblocks.
