This is the first private sale this individual/company has listed.

Whole house living estate sale this coming weekend– Friday March 6th and Saturday March 7th from 8:00 – 4:00. We have been commissioned to sell the contents of a large 5-bedroom 2-story (plus basement) house.

We are still unpacking boxes and going through the inventory of items, but so far there is:

• Washer and Dryer set

• Full size refrigerator

• Full size freezer

• Two sets of bedroom furniture

• Leather couches

• Lots of bookcases and storage shelves

• Kitchen Pantry Cabinet

• Kitchen table and 4 chairs

• Other vintage furniture, including a curio cabinet

• Lots of clothes, shoes, handbags and hats

• Kitchenware

• Exercise machines

• 3-D Printer

• Skis and snowboards

• Lamps

• Lots of figurines and collectibles

• Photo equipment

• Lots of jewelry – both costume and sterling silver

• Pictures and artwork

• Books

• Tools and craftsman work benches

• Gun safe

• Other misc. items

Parking will be tight – the house is in a small cul-de-sac, so you may have to park in an adjacent cul-de-sac. Please do not park in neighbors’ driveways or block their driveway.

We will accept both cash and credit cards.
