2. We Do collect Sales Tax-be prepared to provide documentation if you are tax exempt,
3. All sales are final-there are no refunds or exchanges,
4. Sold items must be removed by the end of the advertised dates of the estate sale. If not removed, the items revert back to the seller with no refund,
5. Persons attending the estate sale assume all risks of damage, injury, or loss to their person and or property and release seller/seller's agent from liability thereof,
6. Security is on site and we do prosecute shoplifters,
7. Disrespectful/disruptive customers will be asked to leave,
8. We Do provide delivery of larger items for an additional fee,
9. Loading/disassembling & hauling of purchased items is the responsibility of the buyer if not using delivery service,
10. All items are sold "AS IS", "WHERE IS" at time of sale-know what you are buying before you buy,
11. Price tag removal/switch will not be tolerated,

Welcome to our next estate sale this last weekend of June. What a sale it is - Brutalist, Americana, Folk Art, & Bev Doolittle prints (signed and numbered) and Broncos memorabilia. The home is well stocked with collectibles & small figurines (Delft, Robert Maxwell, Acoma, UCGC, Enesco, Lefton, Hummel, Nuova, Treasure Craft) and the kitchen is packed with everyday items, barware, small appliances, and hidden gems (4-sets of china, varying service). We especially love the Olympic Torch replica and the Star Trek, Gone With the Wind & Olympic collectible plates. Upstairs, downstairs, garage and patio; you just don't know what you will find! All home furnishings are available including a large dining set, sofa/loveseat, rocking chairs, king size bedroom set (with mattress), children's furniture, a roll top and office desks, and a beautiful 3-pc TV cabinet/wall unit. The garage has a notable inventory of tools (hand and larger) with those awesome Craftsman tool keepers (2) to keep them sorted. All portable shelving in the garage and throughout the house is for sale too. Patio items include planters, fire pit, pavers/cinder blocks, and garden tools. The porch swing and patio umbrella are yours as complimentary (free). The freezer ($150.00), TV cabinet/wall unit ($200) and Electric Scooter ($300-1170 Jazzy) are available for purchase pre-sale.

Note: Sale house is located in a cul-de-sac. Please park in designated areas and do not block driveways or mailboxes. Driveway is for loading/unloading only!
