This is a ranch home with a deck off of the back and a two car attached garage and the house is very full. You will be entering and exiting from the garage and the cashier will be in the driveway. We look forward to seeing you this holiday weekend 45 minutes from Denver in the beautiful Rocky Mountains where it is nice and cool!

Cash is best but Cards over $50 are cool too. No checks, they are no longer considered actual money by anyone. Bring help to load large items. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries; therefor there shall be none. these are often old houses, use good judgement. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Be mindful of parking ordinances on these and all public thoroughfares. Shoplifters will be prosecuted and humiliated, just ask the last guy who tried; he'll tell you, if he ever stops crying. There will be a hold table where you can leave items which you will indeed be purchasing prior to your departure; this table is not monitored - read that last part again. Children must be accompanied by a guardian at all times, that guardian must be sober.. Small dogs are ok as long as you hold them in your arms for the duration of your shopping experience. Obviously service dogs are always welcome as well as regular dogs for whom you have purchased a fake service dog vest, there's no way to check really. Boxes and bags are provided to facilitate the purchased item removal process. No pre-sales. you know how we do... we're the gypsy boys
