Note: Location is approximately 30 minutes south of Byers, CO, including about 15 miles of county-maintained gravel road. Personal inspection is highly recommended!

⚠️ Mandatory One-Day Load-Out

Pickup Schedule: Sunday, September 27, 2026, from 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (By Appointment Only).
Location: On-site in Deer Trail, CO 80105.
Payment Accepted: Cash, Check (with pre-approved bank letter), Visa, MasterCard.
Buyer's Premium: 18.5% standard (Discounted to 15% for Cash or Check paid on load-out day).
High-Value Shipped Items: Gold, coins, and high-value items requiring shipping MUST be paid via Wire Transfer or Certified Funds.
Late Penalties: Uncollected items after 6:00 PM Sunday are subject to card charges, administrative fees ($25), and storage fees ($10/lot/day).

📦 Shipping Information

Preferred Pickup: This is primarily an on-site local pickup auction. Heavy equipment, vehicles, trailers, sheds, and furniture are pickup only.
Small Lot Transport: RMEB Inc. can transport small, hand-carried items back to our Eaton Auction Center for $5 per lot (minimum $25 charge) for packaging/shipping at Buyer's expense.
Shipping Arrangements: Requests must be emailed to info@whitleyauction.com no later than 11:30 AM on Sunday, September 27, 2026.
