• All sales are final, no refunds.
• First come, first serve.
• Items are sold as-is.
• If you break an items during the sale, you are responsible for purchasing that item.
• We are not responsible for accidents or injuries- please be cautious while walking around the house and property.
• Pets and strollers are not allowed inside the house during the sale.
• All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Be mindful of parking ordinances on all public streets.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone being disrespectful during the sale.
• We reserve the right to change a price at any time.
• There will be a hold table where you can leave items which you intend to purchase prior to your departure- this table will not be monitored.
• All items must be paid for in full before you taking them to your vehicle.
• All items must be removed from the home by end of business on the day of the sale.
• Boxes and bags will NOT be provided.
• We will not help in removing of any item from the home. Please bring help to remove heavy items.
• Sales tax built in to price of items.
