To assure orderly entry, numbers will be distributed at 9AM, one hour in advance of the sale opening at 10AM each sale day. No placeholders, such as boxes or bags, will be honored in lieu of those physically waiting in line prior to or at 9AM. At 10AM, those who have obtained a number in advance will be allowed entry in numerical order. After we have reached maximum capacity, additional customers will be allowed entry as customers leave.

We accept cash and credit cards for all purchases.

Prices are firm on Friday & Saturday.

Sales tax will be added to all purchases.

Proof of a sales tax exemption certificate must be provided for all tax exempt purchases.

We do not preview sale items or quote prices before a sale.

All merchandise is sold “AS IS”.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Please make your own arrangements for the removal or transport of any items purchased. We will not be able to assist you with lifting or moving items to vehicles.

This estate sale features a collection of Colorado Art highlighting painters, printmakers, and educators who shaped the state's art movement. From 1940 to 1970, the Rocky Mountain region became a vibrant hub for avant-garde abstraction, regionalism, and printmaking. This sale offers a rare opportunity to own pieces by the influential artists who studied, taught, and captured the spirit of Colorado.
