ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All sales are final and non-refundable. There are no returns, exchanges, credits, or refunds for any reason. Please inspect all merchandise carefully before purchasing.

SOLD AS-IS

All merchandise is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. We make every effort to accurately describe and price items, but we cannot guarantee the condition, authenticity, age, provenance, completeness, or functionality of any item unless specifically stated.

Buyers are responsible for satisfying themselves as to the condition and value of an item before purchasing.

ANTIQUES & COLLECTIBLES

Many items in this sale are antiques, vintage pieces, collectibles, Native American items, jewelry, artwork, silver, and other specialty merchandise.

Descriptions, attributions, dates, materials, maker’s marks, and values are provided to the best of our knowledge and are not guarantees of authenticity, origin, or value unless specifically documented.

Please do your own research before purchasing.

PAYMENT

A valid ID may be required for certain payment methods.

All applicable taxes will be charged unless the buyer provides valid documentation for an applicable tax exemption.

HOLDS & PURCHASES

Items may not be removed from the sale area without being paid for.

No holds or reservations unless specifically authorized by sale staff.

Large purchases may require a deposit or payment in full before the item is removed from the property.

LOADING & REMOVAL

Buyers are responsible for removing and transporting their purchases.

Please bring appropriate vehicles, tools, packing materials, and help for large or heavy items. Sale staff may assist when possible but cannot guarantee assistance with loading.

Furniture, appliances, artwork, and other large items must be removed by the deadline announced at the sale.

We are not responsible for damage that occurs during removal or transportation.

PERSONAL PROPERTY & DAMAGE

Please handle merchandise carefully. Deliberate or negligent damage to merchandise may result in the buyer being responsible for the resulting loss.

Children must be supervised at all times.

ENTRY & SAFETY

Entry may be limited due to space, safety, or occupancy restrictions.

Please follow all posted signs and instructions from sale staff. Certain rooms, areas, drawers, cabinets, or containers may be restricted.

No running, pushing, climbing, or unsafe behavior.

PARKING

Please park only in designated areas and do not block driveways, neighboring properties, roads, emergency access, or other vehicles.

PRICING & ERRORS

Prices are subject to change during the sale. While we make every effort to price and describe merchandise accurately, occasional errors may occur.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors before a transaction is completed.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SALE

We reserve the right to refuse a transaction or limit quantities at our discretion.

SECURITY

For the protection of our clients, staff, and customers, surveillance and other security measures may be in use.

By entering the sale premises, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and agree to follow all sale rules and instructions.

The sale company, property owners, and their representatives are not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss, theft, or damage to personal property, except where prohibited by law.
