Wash Park Art Collector's Sale

Most items will be on display in the backyard. Due to the size of the property, we will limit access to twenty people at a time. Some fine art viewing will be inside and limited to six people at a time.

All merchandise is sold "as is". All Sales are Final.

Parking is on the street, please don’t block neighbors' driveways.

Day of sale: We will give out numbers starting at 8am before the sale starts. You do not have to wait in line for the sale to open. Your number is good as long as you are in line when the sale opens. If you are not in line and your number is passed then you must go to the end of the line and your number is no longer valid. Depending on the flow as the day progresses, we may or may not require the number system. We will be limiting the amount of people into the house to six people to view the fine art at all times. This is not only for our sanity, but all of our safety as well. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

We will be writing tickets for your purchases. Once you have a ticket for your desired items, you may proceed to the cashier. Please don't bargain with the associates, or the cashier.

Please make your own arrangements for moving your purchases, and loading large items, unless you have made other arrangements with us in advance.

We are not responsible for accidents while moving, or any other reason while at the sale.
