1. Enter at your own risk. Every effort is made to make entry safe and easy to navigate, however, the nature of older homes and clutter present special risk that you assume by entering the home to shop. Please observe all warning signs.
2.Cash or Credit Cards - No checks.
3. All Sales are final and sold "as is, where is" without warranty expressed or implied. No promise of condition is made by the seller or by us as agents of the seller !!
4. Every effort is made to represent the sale accurately in the photos and descriptions. However, occasionally family member remove items prior to the sale. So, no guarantee of availability of advertised or photographed items.
5. A 7.65% sales tax will be added to all personal property purchases. Dealers may provide a copy of their Colorado Sales Tax License for items purchased for resale.
6. All prices firm first day of sale. Left bids welcome.
7. An un-monitored holding area is provided for your convenience. Use at your own risk.
8. Please provide your own disassembly and moving help. We are unable to assist with these items. We can provide information on moving companies if needed.
We are unable to answer questions about pricing prior to the sale. With hundreds of items priced it is difficult to remember the price of individual items. Please do not call or write asking for prices. Come to the sale!!! We price items about 40% of average selling price on eBay, Etsy or at Auction.

We are thrilled to host a sale this week in a packed house in The Highlands of Denver. The owner was a collector of many wonderful items. She had a special place in her heart for Dutch and Scandinavian items and collected many of them. Also, loved Heisey Glass and has a huge collection. Displayed in some beautiful furniture pieces. Dolls!! Cooking and canning paraphernalia. Cook Books. A proficient and accomplished gardener there are great gardening tools, 100s of pots, gardening supplies, garden ornaments. Don't miss this sale.
This is a packed tiny house. There are great items on the first floor, upstairs, outside and in the garage. The stairs are steep with very short steps. Please be very careful. Entry as at your own risk. We regret that due to the size of the house, entry maybe limited depending on how the rooms fill out.
