Nestled in a quite niche in east Applewood, this well kept home will be hosting a full estate sale with everything going, and something for everyone.  We have a wonderful mix of contemporary furniture sprinkled with a few mid century gems and an antique alcove filled with timeless treasures and cute collectibles.  This living estate showcases many items perfect for entertaining, hosting family gatherings and backyard BBQs.  (And the upright piano would be a beautiful edition to any get together :-)   The kitchen is especially well stocked from the KitchenAid mixer to the perfect sized wine cooler and some exceptional serving bowls, trays and dishes.  The garage will be staged with all the practical tools for home and garden - and don't miss the craft room where knitters, croppers, beaders and artists will want to stock up.  We hope you can join us as we help our client move on to her next adventure and as she passes on some timeless artwork and timely home upgrades for the savvy shopper.
