All merchandise is sold "as is". All Sales are Final.
Day of sale: Doors open at 9 am. We will stagger the number of people who can enter at a time as staff sees fit.
Most items will be tagged, or SKU'd. Do not remove tags until you are ready to check out! If there is no SKU label , or price, ask the estate host to give you price. Before checking out you will need a staff member to itemize your purchases. If you start a receipt in one area of the house, carry that with you and staff can update it if you find more items to purchase. Take that ticket to the cashier along with any SKU items you are purchasing to check out. There will be a hold table. We hope the SKU system will help speed up the checkout process for everyone, but please be patient, first day of sales are always busy!
Please bring your own boxes and packing material.
Large bags must be left outside.
Please make your own arrangements for moving your purchases, and loading large items.
