This is a TINY house with a HUGE yard and each and every inch is filled to the brim!
I will be limiting entry to a small amount of people at a time.
Parking should not be all that difficult.
I WILL NOT BE TAKING ANY CASH. I do accept all credit cards and Venmo

You need to pay very close attention to the risks of this location. The house is tiny, the yard totally uneven and there are all sorts of critters that you would expect for an old house and the great outdoors. We do not assume any responsibility for injuries that may happen, so please be careful.

You have to bring your own labor for moving any larger items we will not be able to help you.
Please bring your own bags or boxes. WE CAN NOT/WILL NOT, (we all have back issues) be able to help you move any large or heavy items ,if you don't have your own mover please don't buy an item that needs to be moved. You MUST bring your own help.

There will be no expensive items left in this house during the evenings.

We test all the Appliances, Electrics, Stereo Equipment, Garden and Power Tools. Anything that requires electricity we test prior to selling.

Again, I accept Credit Cards and Venmo but no checks and NO CASH. Tax is being charged, so if you are tax exempt, please bring a copy of your new tax number.

There will be no sign up list but you WILL need one of my numbers which I will be giving out starting at 6am in the morning.. More pictures and descriptions will follow. Please continue to look daily for the new pictures.

Description & Details

The woman who lived here was quite the entrepreneur. From what we can gleam, she was a play write, a tow truck company owner, a patent holder for an engine for toys , an incredible breeder and trainer and owner of award winning Borzoi. 

A local gal, she went to GW High School and stayed in Denver her whole life.

She's left an enormous legacy and the estate is allowing us to share her loves with all of you.

We have Borzoi dog figurines, statues, art work, stamps and jewelry in all mediums from fine porcelain to aluminum to sterling silver to brass and bronze.

Figurines are from Germany, USSR, Austria, Italy, USA and Mexico
