Acceptance of Terms: Buyers registering for Saint One Comics, placing bids online agree to the following Terms of Sale, which you agree with when you check the box when you register, and place first bid:

***A 2.0% discount is offered on any invoice that is paid with a bank wire. Please let us know ASAP after the auction if you wish to pay via this method.

* Payment or payment arrangements need to be made by 2 business day's after the auction. We process credit card payments on the 2nd day after the auction closes. If you would like to pay with an alternate card please send an email prior to the auction ending. Shipping/handling charges will be applied to the invoice at the end of the auction. If you would like to ADD INSURANCE to your purchase please contact us ASAP to make arrangements for this.

NOTE: IF AN ITEM SELLS FOR $1000.00 OR MORE. AS WELL IF THE TOTAL BALANCE FOR A BIDDER IS $2000.00 OR MORE. INSURANCE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY APPLIED FOR EXTRA PRECAUTION FOR A SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTION.

***Payment or payment arrangements are required in full within 2 days of when your invoice has been EMAILED to you. After 3 days of when the Invoiced has been emailed, if payment is not made in full. ***We offer in house shipping. Shipping charges will be applied at the end of the auction. We ONLY ship USPS Priority Mail, Fedex Ground, and UPS Ground. YOUR ITEM(S) WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 6 DAYS AFTER INVOICE HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL. We will provide tracking to the email address you have on file once your item ships out. If you would like to use your own shipping provider please contact us ASAP after the auction.

* AS SOON AS THE ITEMS ARE SHIPPED AND HANDED OVER TO SHIPPING AGENCY ALL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ITEMS WON WILL FALL ONTO THE BUYER. IF THE ITEM IS LOST IN TRANSIT, STOLEN WHEN DELIVERED, OR DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, THE ITEMS ARE NO LONGER THE POSSESSION OF SAINT ONE COMICS AND AS SUCH NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS WILL BE GIVEN.
