Terms: This is an Internet Only Auction.  Payment must be made on location at 5797 East Evans Avenue Denver, Colorado 80222 on Sunday November 17, 2013 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 Noon and 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM.  Cash, Check with pre-approved bank letter of guarantee, MasterCard & Visa are accepted payments. A standard 18.5% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases in this Auction.  The buyer’s premium is discounted to 15% for cash and guaranteed check payments.  If you are not approved in advance with a bank letter of guaranty, we will not accept your check!  Sales tax applies.  Everything sold AS-IS with no refunds.  Nothing removed until paid for. 

Inspection:  This is an Internet Only Auction.  We highly recommend your personal inspection of the items.  You are encouraged to inspect the items onsite at 5797 East Evans Avenue Denver, Colorado 80222 on Friday, November 15 from 11:00 AM until 6:30 PM and Saturday November 16 from 11:00 AM until 4:30 PM.  We try to describe items as well as possible but it is still best to inspect them in person.

Load-out: Payment, item pickup and load out for this Auction is on location at 5797 East Evans Avenue Denver, Colorado 80222 on Sunday November 17, 2013 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 Noon and 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM.  Items cannot be removed until they are paid for.  The building is being vacated.  You MUST come and load during this time.  Anyone not loading during these times will be assessed a $100 service charge per day and storage fees.

Shipping: If you want your items shipped, AT YOUR EXPENSE,  please contact us at info@whitleyauction.com by 9:30 AM on Sunday November 17, 2013 to arrange payment and shipping. The preferred shipping company is Greeley Shipper Supply at 970-330-1391.  Large or heavy items are expensive to ship.  Furniture and bronzes are expensive to crate.  You may want to get shipping quotes PRIOR to bidding.
