We enjoy a fun sale and hope you do too! Your patience and patronage is appreciate.
*All sales are "where is, as is -and final". Be sure to inspect your items prior to purchase.
*5280 Estate Solutions and The Property Owners are not responsible for accidents.
*All items must be removed by 3pm on Sunday.
*We usually have a helping hand as staffing allows, however please bring appropriate help for any large items. This is a multi level home.
*Credit cards are accepted.
*Appropriate sales tax is collected at all sales unless a resellers license is presented. You MUST provide a license we can photograph to qualify for tax exemption. PLEASE LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE.

One of the things we enjoy about holding estate sales (and attending them!) - is discovering new  neighborhoods in our Metro area that are tucked away yet so delightful.  This little mid century home is located in just such an area, the kind you would never pop into unless someone invited you over.  So we are happy to invite you to this estate sale that is filled with many of those tucked away items that we all also love to discover.  Not only is the home a classic mid century style, but it also contains some sweet mid mod pieces of furniture, lighting and classic household decore.  We will be staging it up for you and hope you will appreciate the unique items at this very classic estate sale in our hidden little southwest neighborhood.   And if you happen to be in the market for an awsome mid century home - this is a great way to check out this one - Soon To Be On The Market, with info available at our sale.

We will be putting full descriptions of items up soon.  (Note, they may only show up on the computer and notepad versions of the this site... incase you have interest in a bit more info —or our nickel’s  worth of nostalgia.)  But we have discovered a few more items, and are putting our special flare on this sale, so extending to a 3 day sale for our weekend shoppers!
