1. ALL PROPERTY SOLD AS-IS, WHERE IS. All property is sold without warranty or guarantee as to condition or authenticity. We present and describe all merchandise as honestly and accurately as possible. Additional condition reports and photos are available by request via phone or e-mail and must be made no later than 12:00 noon the day preceding the sale. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 2. BIDDING - We reserve the right to reject any and all bids. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer will be the winner. In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event of doubt on our part as to the validity of any bid, the auctioneer will have the final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and re-sell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, our sale record is conclusive.

3. TAXES - Taxes will be added to invoices where applicable. Liveauctioneers is responsible for taxes. If you have a tax ID then you need to contact liveauctioneers. We do not handle taxes.

4. SHIPPING -
LiveAuctioneers has partnered with vetted providers to offer convenient shipping within the United States, all US Territories, Canada, and select countries in Europe and Asia for purchases in this auction. The estimated shipping cost is based on the zip code you provided, the estimated size and weight of the item, and the designated shipping vendor. The cost includes item pickup, packing, shipping, delivery, and insurance.

Your actual shipping cost is subject to change based on the final price and insurance value of your item. If you do not see an estimated shipping cost in your invoice or on the item page and would like to request a free quote, please contact us at 929.314.5566 or packaging@liveauctioneers.com.

A single shipping fee for all lots won in this auction will be included on your invoice for applicable orders. This fee can be accepted upon checkout, or alternatively, you can opt for Self-Arranged Shipping or Pickup. If you choose to ship via LiveAuctioneers shipping partner, you will receive tracking notifications as your package moves through our network. Pick up will be available post sale. Please contact us to arrange pick up. We do not always have normal business hours so make sure you schedule a pickup at least 48 hours in advance. Items are shipped in order of payment received. Please allow up to 2 weeks post payment for your items to be shipped (Normally it's within one week). You will receive tracking in your email. The faster you pay the faster you will receive your items. Any items not picked up or shipped out 1 week post sale will be charged $10 per day per item storage fees. ANY ITEM NOT PICKED UP OR SHIPPED OUT within 3 weeks will be considered ABANDONED PROPERTY and will be resold. We are not a storage facility and appreciate clear communication in regards to pick up.

We are not responsible for small damages to frames during shipping. Most of the value is in the artwork. Please do not ask us to file a claim unless the damage is major and either a full loss or in need or major restoration.
