Our sale this weekend, September 15th, 16th & 17th is located at 3944 South Ivy Way in Southmoor Park - 80237. To reach this location from the 5 points intersection of Dahlia, Happy Canyon and Hampden turn south on Happy Canyon to just past TJ High School. There turn east on Ivy. #3944 is just a few houses down the block. Hours for the sale will be noon to 4- on Thursday, the 15th, and 10- to 4- on both Friday and Saturday, the 16th & 17th.
This spacious, contemporary ranch house is also for sale.
