This will be a 4 day sale. We start at 8:30 am to 4:00 daily.

The following will be in capital letters so you see it, please take note: THERE IS VERY LITTLE PARKING. NO PARKING WITHIN THE POD AT THE UNIT. PLEASE PLEASE TAKE CARE NOT TO BLOCK ANY DRIVEWAYS.

You must take your own responsibility for your safety. There is steps leading into the unit and steps ( of course ) to the up/down stairs.
PARKING is street side ONLY! so of course that means its limited so please take care to not block any driveways.

The townhouse is limited in size and it is packed to the gills with really extraordinary treasures, therefore we will be limiting the number of people that will be allowed in. If you are in a group please make sure you keep together. We will most likely be giving out numbers so you will have to be in line in order to receive your number. I will be coming out every 15minutes to give anyone new a number starting at 7am in the morning and then you can get back into your car until opening.

No expensive items are left in the home overnight

Please bring your own bags or boxes. WE CAN NOT/WILL NOT, (we all have back issues) be able to help you move any furniture ( and this furniture is large and heavy) if you don't have your own mover please don't buy an item that needs to be moved. You MUST bring your own movers.

Discounts will start the 2nd day at 25%--3rd day MOST at 30-40%--4th day MOST at 50% and consideration for large bundles
