Firearms in this auction have been in storage for at least two years. Items have not been tested and condition is not guaranteed. Some items are new in original packaging and some are used with age appropriate wear. 

**** Must be over 21 years of age to participate in this auction. To purchase these items you MUST be able to pass a background check. Background checks will be preformed by Colorado Premier Realty & Auction Services for $40. This will cover the purchase of up to 3 firearms. If you purchase more than three firearms there will be an additional charge of $10 per additional firearm. Firearms will not be released until a background check has been passed. Due to new government regulation firearms will be available for pick-up no sooner than 72 hours after a background check has been passed. Do NOT bid if you cannot pass a background check. If you bid and win a firearm and do not pass a background check you will still be responsible for payment of the items as well as background check fees. You will not be eligible for any refunds. If you decide to have us resell the item on your behalf you will  incur all associated consignor and storage fees. **** 

***Background checks must be signed in person at Colorado Premier Realty & Auction Services. At the time of signing you must have a valid state issued photo ID with current address. Background checks cannot be completed if your address is not current.***

**Out of state bidders. We can ship items to any licensed FFL dealer in the U.S. Buyer is responsible for providing us with their local FFL dealer contact information to handle proper firearm transfer.**

Item pick-up will be held at our location in Denver, CO

Pick-ups cannot be completed until a background check has been passed. Background checks will be scheduled on Thursday 11/16/23 by appointment. You will receive an email from ShippingSaint within 24 hours of the auction close. In this email please select if you would like pick-up or shipping for your items. 

Pick-ups- Please schedule your background check through the ShippingSaint email. Firearms will not be distributed until a background check has been passed and the mandatory 72 hour hold is complete. Once the 72 hour hold is complete you will call us to schedule your firearm pick-up. 

Shipping-  Please select shipping in the ShippingSaint email. You will need to provide us with the address and contact information of a licensed FFL dealer in your area that you would like the firearms sent to. Once we receive the necessary FFL information please give us up to 3 business days to prepare a shipping quote for your items. You will receive a second email with your shipping quote and a link to pay. Once we have received the shipping payment your items will be sent to your preferred FFL dealer for transfer. 

Payments- Payments will be automatically be charged 24 hours after the auction close to your card on file. All credit card, debit card and wire transfer payments will incur a 3% processing fee. Please note transfers may take several days to process. We cannot release items to you until payment has been fully processed with funds in our account.
