WINDSOR GARDENS DOWNSIZING SALE-A LITTLE OF THIS, A LITTLE OF THAT AND MEDICAL EQUIPMENT

Our client has a double unit at Windsor Gardens and is returning to a single unit.  No need to have a double household!  We have furniture, kitchen items, small appliances, sewing and crafting, pieces of fabric, clothing and accessories, decorative items, luggage and medical equipment.  This is not a little old lady sale!

The medical equipment is a significant portion of the sale, as our client used to be a caregiver.

Here is what we have:

MEDICAL:  AmFab Automatic Overbed table, Invacare Reliant 350 stand up lift and the 450 Hydraulic Hoyer lift with low base. Invacare Mesh sling, standing up sling and divided leg sling, MicroAir alternating pressure therapeutic mattress, Quickie Zippie IRIS Wheelchair tilt in space, Invacare lightweight Aluminum Transport Chair, Companion 4 wheel full size scooter-this has had a maintained battery charge!  Infrared Assisted Sennheiser listening system, Sliding toilet seat/shower seat, bed bolsters by Posey, Bed Check by Basic Check model 72000, AliMed Remote receiver alarm unit and patient alarm transmitter, and AliMed Nurse call device and motion detection remote bedside alarms.                          

  FURNITURE:  Mid Century Modern dresser and chest made by Hickory Manufacturing Co. (Teak) Tung S1 Original,  White contemporary style sofa-is very nice and in beautiful shape, Wing back chair with a slipcover to change the look and color, Upholstered reclining chair, small wicker style storage trunk, large wood storage trunk, two very contemporary style metal desks, office chairs, metal contemporary media/stereo tower, set of four wood tables in a parsons style that are three different sizes and hand painted, pair of chairs with beige wool upholstery.

BEDROOM THINGS:  Serta-pedic twin mattress (THAT'S FREE!) with contemporary wood bed frame-like new!  Water mattress with fill kit in twin size, also like new!  7 piece Queen comforter set and other assorted bed linens, blankets.

HOME ACCESSORIES:  Wall art called Desert Rose and several other pieces of wall art including a tapestry,  many decorative items like candles, candle holders, picture frames, glassware, pottery, goblets, 8x10 area rug, floor runners, some smaller dishes, toss pillows, few Christmas items.  Beautiful wool rug that is hand tufted-see pic!  A couple of Ikea lamps.

SMALL APPLIANCES:  Cuisinart ice cream maker, Cusinart toaster, and fryer, small tv/dvd player, several small clocks, fans, and a handheld Oreck vacuum and bags to go with it.  Two espresso makers, small coffee maker-one cup at a time.

PET STUFF:  Dog mats, books about dogs and behaviors, toys, dog booties, leashes, jackets, rawhides, bowls, training pads and a small-medium dog crate.

KITCHEN:  pots and pans, pyrex bowls, mandolin, plastic storage containers,- pie plates, electric teapot, utensils, lots of plastic storage bins-not necessarily kitchen!  Also, cookbooks, an electric meat slicer, and LODGE cast iron grill pan, griddle.  Just added Salute hand painted dishes in serving for 8 except for bowls.  Stanley thermos.

MISCELLANEOUS:  games, luggage and travel bags, storage, towels, Balance/stability ball, few movies, spa type things-loofahs, lotions, hot and cold pack, steam pack, soaps and "the Tingler"  Lockboxes, camera, lights, hinges, journals and few contemporary books and journals.

SEWING: Calling All Professional Sewers!!  A heated/vacuum ironing board by Pfaff!  Lots of fabric, iron, body form mannequin, other sewing supplies, and a fantastic box of lace-think weddings! Bridal and special occasion.  FABRIC IS PRICED TO SELL!

WOMENS CLOTHES:  name brands of coats, and jackets, accessories and scarves, some shoes and TWO RETRO WOMENS DRESSES AND HATS THAT WERE THE OWNERS GRANDMOTHERS!  ALSO 2 HATS.
