*5280 Estate Solutions and The Homeowner are not responsible for accidents. Be advised this home is large with three levels of stairs. Floors are uneven without carpet so use care with your steps and others.
*All items must be removed by 4pm on Sunday.
*We usually have a helping hand as staffing allows, however please bring appropriate help and vehicles for larger items.
*Credit cards are accepted. (And as satellite allows, a second register for the first 2 hours.)
*Appropriate sales tax is collected at all sales unless a resellers license is presented. You MUST provide a license we can photograph to qualify for tax exemption. PLEASE LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE.

SUNDAY SHOPPERS WILL ENJOY HALF PRICE DAY AND ONLY A FEW ITEMS SUCH AS THE JAPANESE SWORD FITTINGS WILL BE EXCLUDED.  ( ALTHOUGH THEY WILL BE DISCOUNTED! )  We hope you can join us on this final day as there are certainly some treasures left, and the giant knife table has actually been added to daily!  So stop on by as our library, DVD movies and music CDs still have quite the contemporary selections available for the big discount day.

This very eclectic estate sale is packed with items of quality and collection.  Owner had a real passion for tools and enjoyed fishing, camping, hunting and collecting unique items.  The sale is sure to have something for everyone, and one special shopper will march home with their own fabulous field drum!  We actually have so many great items, we will be adding some costume jewelry, coins and stamp collection on day two, Friday.  We added a few pictures to give you an idea.  It is such a packed hours we shifted and extended our hours - so be sure to check each day as we would love to see you - even if it's just to come out and pick up a great summer read!
