Where to begin! When I say massive sale I am not embellishing.  At one time this was a trout farm, and more recently, San Juan Nursery.

When you walk in the gates at the beginning of the property, you will come to the barn, to the right of the barn are some tractor attachments and a John Deere mower that needs work. Walk through the barn that has some tools a HUGE roll up door for a building like the barn, looks new, please do not touch things on the left those are the new owners. On the right are bed frames to go with mattresses inside apart 1 in the second bedroom priced very reasonable to sell.  Apt 1 has living room furniture, bedroom furniture a big round dining room table with lots of chairs.  den furniture, a wood stove, a really nice antique desk. there is a patio off to the right with outdoor furniture and 2 VERY cool carved wood chairs, but they might be to heavy to move. BEWARE! I saw bees go in the one on the right. 

Walk down the hall to. enter the stable area. There are old windows and doors. LOTS of large plastic planters (it was a nursery at one time) great for patio veggie garden, or trees or perfect to grow potatoes!  There is a huge amount of firewood stacked along the wall, and various misc. barn stuff. 

When you leave the stable area make a right to go up the little hill to the main house, apart 2, the patio, the large garage, and the bunker (cottage 3) . you can go to the right to walk down the path to the bunker which is loaded with stuff, or go to the left to the PACKED garage, or go straight under the trellis, past the waterfall, to the main house, apart 2, and the patio. 

I love the things on the patio, make sure it is on your places to stop, When you enter the main house go straight will take you to the patio, go to the left it takes you to apartment 2 with carved ducks, mexican rugs original signed art by a well known artist, a beautiful antique dresser, really cute table and chairs, super nice antique books, antique book sets and more current books. There are boxes of paper backs selling by the box! Lots of other misc in there too.

If you go to the right you can either go up to the upstairs part of the main house or the downstairs part, BOTH are CHOCK packed with things, Very nice sectional, corner desk, super nice china cabinet, LOTS of blankets, and linens, a Tv ,a real nice stand for it. Check out the little bistro table with the bird chairs they are awesome! Lots of art, photos, tons of stuff in the bedroom to the right as you come down the stairs. There is just a lot!

Moving on to the bunker, lots more linens, a really nice very long table with older chairs in not great condition, some nice wicker chairs a real cute red table & chairs kitchen stuff a SUPER nice bench (did I mention LOTS of this furniture was made by Doug the owner? ) lots of kitchen, smalls, a bakers rack, just nice things.

Finally the garage. There are tools but LOTS of other very cool things that if I could I would buy, don't forget to mark that as a place to visit on your estate sale map! lol This is an awesome sale. I cannot image any other sales from my company or others will measure up to this sale in the near or even far future!
