• Format & Condition: This is an Online Auction. Everything is sold AS-IS with no refunds. We recommend in-person inspection. No items may be removed until paid in full.
• Location & Time: Pickup is at the Eaton Auction Center (24 Oak Avenue, Eaton, CO 80615) on Monday, December 22, 2025, from 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM.
• Appointments: You will receive a link with your invoice email to schedule your specific pickup time. Please book your slot immediately upon receipt.
• Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Check (with pre-approved bank letter of guarantee), MasterCard, and Visa.
• Buyer's Premium: A standard 18.5% Buyer’s Premium applies. This is discounted to 15% for cash and guaranteed check payments made THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION ONLY.
• Taxes: Sales tax and Colorado excise tax apply to all purchases.
• Late Penalties: Items not picked up during this designated time (or arranged for shipping) will incur a $25.00 per invoice administrative fee plus a $1.00 per lot/per day storage charge.

Due to increased fraud, purchasers of gold, silver, coins, or other high-value items who require shipping MUST pay via Bank Wire or Certified Funds. Credit card payments will not be accepted on these items from buyers unknown to RMEB. No returns accepted.
