    * Format & Condition: This is an Online Auction. Everything is sold AS-IS with no refunds. We recommend in-person inspection. No items may be removed until paid in full.
    * Equipment Condition Notice: All restaurant equipment in this auction is currently located in a storage facility. RMEB Inc. was unable to test any of the machinery or refrigeration. Much of this inventory was taken directly out of active use and placed into storage without being cleaned; therefore, many items will require professional cleaning. The seller has informed RMEB Inc. that, aside from items clearly marked as incomplete or broken, all equipment was in working order when it was removed from service. However, per our standard terms, everything is sold AS-IS with no warranties.
    * Mandatory Load-Out: STRICT LOAD OUT SCHEDULE! All items must be paid for online or in person in Eaton. Payment will not be accepted in Cheyenne unless special arrangements are made in advance.

      Eaton Items: Pickup & payment is Wednesday, Jan 7, 2026, 1:00-4:00 PM & Thursday, Jan 8, 2026, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
      Cheyenne Items: Pickup is Thursday, Jan 8, 2026, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
    * Failure to Pickup: Items not picked up or arranged for shipping during the load-out period will incur a $250.00 per invoice fee plus $10.00 per lot/day storage. Moving and storage charges will also apply.

Due to increased fraud, purchasers of gold, silver, coins, or other high-value items who require shipping MUST pay via Bank Wire or Certified Funds. Credit card payments will not be accepted on these items from buyers unknown to RMEB. No returns accepted.

    * Appointments: You will receive a link with your invoice email to schedule your specific pickup time. Please book your slot immediately upon receipt.
    * Cheyenne Payment Restriction: NO PAYMENTS ACCEPTED AT CHEYENNE FACILITY UNLESS ARRANGED IN ADVANCE. Bidders must pay online or at the Eaton Auction Center prior to arriving for Cheyenne pickup.
    * Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Check (with pre-approved bank letter of guarantee), MasterCard, and Visa.
    * Buyer's Premium: A standard 18.5% Buyer’s Premium applies. This is discounted to 15% for cash and guaranteed check payments made THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION ONLY.
    * Taxes: Sales tax applies to all purchases.

📦 Shipping Information

    * In-House Service: This auction is preferred local pickup only. RMEB will not ship or assist with shipping any restaurant equipment unless prior arrangements are made. RMEB Inc. will ship most small, hand carried items worldwide from our Eaton facility at your expense. There is a charge of $25 for the first small hand carried item to be transported to our Eaton facility and $5 for each additional item, plus normal shipping and handling costs.
    * Buyer Responsibility: All packing, handling and shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
