3. Buyer's Premium: A standard 18.5% Buyer’s Premium applies. This is discounted to 15% for cash and guaranteed check payments made THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION ONLY.
4. Taxes: Sales tax applies to all purchases.
5. Mandatory Load-Out: ONE-DAY LOAD OUT ON SUNDAY ONLY! Pickup is by appointment on Sunday June 28, 2026, from 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM at (Address Posted Preview Day) Eaton, CO, 80615.
6. Failure to Pickup & Late Penalties: Your credit card on file will be charged the full amount of your invoice and a $25.00 administrative fee if you have not picked your items up by 6:00 PM on Sunday, June 28, 2026 or arranged shipping. Items not picked up during this designated time (or arranged for shipping) will incur a $10.00 per lot per day storage charge. Moving and storage charges may also apply. There is a charge of $250.00 to open this property at any other time for loadout.
