1. Format & Condition: Online Auction. Everything is sold AS-IS with no refunds. No items may be removed until paid in full.
2. Payment Methods: Cash, Check (with pre-approved bank letter of guarantee), MasterCard, and Visa.
3. Buyer's Premium: A standard 18.5% Buyer’s Premium applies. Discounted to 15% for cash and guaranteed check payments made THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION ONLY.
4. Taxes: Applicable sales tax applies to all purchases.
5. Preview & Inspection: Due to our schedule, there is NO IN-PERSON PREVIEW FOR THIS AUCTION.
6. Mandatory Pickup / Load-Out: Pickup is at the Eaton Auction Center (24 Oak Avenue, Eaton, CO 80615) on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, 2026, from 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM. Pickup is by appointment only via the link provided on your invoice.
7. Failure to Pick Up & Late Penalties: All items must be picked up by 7:00 PM on the scheduled load-out day unless shipping arrangements have been made with RMEB Inc. Unclaimed items incur a $25.00 administrative fee plus $1.00 per lot/per day storage fee ($10.00/day after 5 days). Unclaimed items where fees exceed purchase value may be forfeited.
8. ⚠️ Special Payment Terms (Shipped High-Value Items): Due to fraud prevention, purchasers of gold, silver, coins, or other high-value items over $1,000 who require shipping MUST pay via Bank Wire Transfer or Certified Funds. Credit cards will not be accepted for these items.

2. Buyer Responsibility: All shipping costs are paid entirely by the buyer.
