3. Every effort is made to represent the sale accurately in the photos and descriptions. However, occasionally family member remove items prior to the sale. So, no guarantee of availability of advertised or photographed items.
4. A 3.9% sales tax will be added to all personal property purchases. Dealers may provide a copy of their Colorado Sales Tax License for items purchased for resale.
5. All prices firm first day of sale. Left bids welcome.
6. An unmonitored holding area is provided for your convenience. Use at your own risk.
7. Please provide your own disassembly and moving help. We are unable to assist with these items. We can provide information on moving companies if needed.
