Transparent Bidding This auction is conducted using transparent pricing. Every published opening bid represents the seller?s reserve price. There are no hidden reserve prices. Once bidding reaches the published opening bid, the item will sell to the highest bidder, subject to these Terms & Conditions. IMPORTANT FIREARM TRANSFER NOTICE: Every firearm purchased in this auction requires transfer through a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer, regardless of whether the firearm qualifies as an antique or curio under federal law. The only exception is for buyers who hold a valid Curio & Relics (Type 03) Federal Firearms License, where applicable under federal and state law. Buyers are responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local firearms laws, including providing a receiving FFL (or valid C&R FFL, if applicable) before shipment or transfer. No firearm will be released until all required documentation has been received and the transfer requirements have been satisfied. Payment Winning bidders will receive an invoice through LiveAuctioneers following the auction. Payment is not processed through the LiveAuctioneers platform for this firearms auction. Accepted payment methods include: * Wire Transfer * Zelle * Credit or Debit Card by telephone for invoices under $3,000 Payment must be received before the firearm transfer process begins. Shipping & Transfer Process After payment is received, buyers will receive a Firearm Transfer Information Form from Anne & Anna Estate Services requesting buyer contact information, shipping information, receiving FFL information (when applicable), and shipping payment preferences. Upon receipt of the completed form, the information will be forwarded to our licensed FFL partner. Our FFL partner will contact each buyer by email or telephone to: * Confirm receiving FFL information, if required. * Verify shipping details. * Provide the exact shipping cost before collecting payment. * Collect payment for shipping charges and any applicable transfer fees. * Complete shipment after all legal requirements have been satisfied. Shipping charges are separate from the auction invoice and are paid directly to the FFL partner. Buyer Responsibility It is the buyer?s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local firearm laws. Failure to provide the required transfer information or complete the transfer process within a reasonable time may result in storage fees or other remedies as permitted by law.
