Evans Estate Sale

We are in Evans this week with a 1 day sale.  This is a ranch style duplex with no basement, in other words, there isn’t a lot of square footage.  For the first time ever, we will have to limit the number of people in the home at the same time.  Parking may also be a bit challenging but you can park on either side of Harbor Lane and walk through the back side of the duplex to the front entrance. (I will put an Estate Sale sign on back patio fence so you’ll know which yard to cut through)
