Directions

I-70 west to Evergreen Parkway. Take Hwy 74 to Evergreen. Just before the lake go right at the sign for Upper Bear Creek Rd. Go right and drive 4 1/2 miles following the estate sale signs. Parking will be tight as the road is narrow. Cars may park in the field on property. All trucks must park on the road. No trailers, please. Please be mindful of our Evergreen neighbors. Do not park in driveways or on private property.

RULES FOR THE SALE
Please be mindful of our Evergreen neighbors, do not park in driveways or in front of fire hydrants. There will be parking for cars only in the lower field. Trucks will have to park on
the side of the road. This is a narrow mountain road. No trailers.
No sign up sheets, bring an item to put in line and save your place. Enjoy Evergreen until the sale begins.
The owners and those conducting the sale are not responsible for accidents or injury. Please be careful.
No large bags or coats.
Payment will be cash, credit card for purchases over $40.00 and Venmo. Dealers must have a resale license.
All purchases must be picked up by 2 p.m. on the Monday following the sale.
Bring adequate help to load your large and heavy purchases. Bring boxes and packing material.
No “earlies” please.
