Business Closing in Old Town

Terms

We will be accepting cash, debit and credit card with a minimum of $20 for card charges. We do not allow previews or pre-sales for the benefit of all our customers. We will assist with larger items during our sale hours. There will be plastic bags and some boxes available, but you are encouraged to bring your own.
Please park in the parking garage on LaPorte. There is a 30 minute parking we will be using to load large items. Be courteous of the surrounding businesses and do not block the road or nearby business parking. The parking garage is nearby and might be the best option for parking.
To start off the morning of the sale, there will be a staff member giving out numbers starting at 8:30 AM-- no sooner. Please come to get your own number even if you are in the same vehicle. You can knock on front door if you don't see staff. After receiving your number, you are free to leave or sit in your car until 8:55 AM when buyers start lining up to go inside. Entrance and exit will be through the front door. Please line up on the sidewalk and watch your step!
