After 39 years as a favorite place to eat in Fort Collins, the owners of Bisetti's Italian Restaurant have sold the building and must close the restaurant.  They are keeping it open as long as possible to allow all of its fans to have “one last meal”.  This means this auction will have a very short timeline.  The restaurant will close late Monday, our staff will be onsite all day Tuesday cataloging the items and placing them online.  The bidding for the auction will start to close on Wednesday evening at 8:10 PM.  Payment and items pickup will start on Thursday at 9:00 AM.  Everything MUST be out of the building by 6:00 PM on Thursday February 1, 2018.  As most of you know, Bisetti’s was known for quality food.  They have very nice restaurant equipment, furnishings and small wares.  If you are looking for quality restaurant items, this auction is for you.  Shopping at our auctions is one great way to get super deals.  Find us on Facebook at www.facebook.com/coloradoauctioneer.  Bookmark www.whitleyauction.com and check back as we will be listing many more great items.  Sign up for our emailed Whitley Colorado Auction Update to be notified of all of our fun auctions!

Terms: This is an Internet Only Auction.  Payment must be made on location at 120 South College Ave. Fort Collins, CO 80524 on Thursday, February 1, 2018 from 9:00 AM until 12:00 Noon and 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM.  Cash, Check with pre-approved bank letter of guarantee, MasterCard & Visa are accepted payments.  A standard 18.5% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases in this Auction.  The buyer’s premium is discounted to 15% for cash and guaranteed check payments the day after the auction only.  Sales tax applies.  Everything sold AS-IS with no refunds.  Nothing removed until paid for.  NO REFUNDS.  All announcements posted on the bidding site take precedence over any other.  Not responsible for accidents.

Inspection:  This is an Internet Only Auction.  We highly recommend your personal inspection of the items.  You may inspect the items onsite at 120 South College Ave. Fort Collins, CO 80524 on Wednesday January 31 from 1:00 until 6:00 PM.  We try to describe items as well as possible but it is still best to inspect them in person.  Since this is a business liquidation, we assume the items work.  We do not try everything out or verify condition.  That is why we have inspection.  Everything is sold as-is where-is.  If you are in doubt about anything call us for more information or a condition report..

Load-out: Payment, item pickup and load out for this Auction is on location at 120 South College Ave. Fort Collins, CO 80524 on Thursday, February 1, 2018 from 9:00 AM until 12:00 Noon and 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM.  RMEB does not provide loading assistance.  BRING HELP IF YOU NEED IT.  Bring whatever boxes, packing material, furniture blankets, tools, dollies or anything else you may need.  This is the only load-out time and date.  You will be charged for your purchases even if you do not come get them.  There will be a minimum charge of $200 to meet anyone at any other time.  This building is changing ownership.  If you do not pick your items up during the stated times, you will still be charged for them and they will be considered abandoned property.
