By bidding in this auction, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. All Items Sold "As-Is" All property is sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" with all faults. Neither the auctioneer nor the seller makes any warranties or representations of any kind regarding the physical condition, age, authenticity, or value of the items. We provide high-resolution photos and descriptions to the best of our ability; however, it is the bidder's responsibility to inspect the items before bidding.
2. Local pickup (Fort Collins) is limited to Tuesday January 13th, 2026, from 10:00am - 2:00pm
3. Storage is not available.
3. Abandonment Policy any items not picked up, or special arrangements have been confirmed through Estate Inventory Services by 2:00 PM on Tuesday January 13th, will be considered abandoned.
Ownership of abandoned items reverts to the auction house/seller.
No refunds or credits will be issued for abandoned items.
The bidder may be responsible for any disposal fees incurred for large furniture items left behind.
4. Please bring your own:
Packing materials (bubble wrap, paper, and boxes) for Fiestaware and glass.
Tools for furniture disassembly (if required).
Sufficient labor/help to lift and carry heavy furniture; auction staff will not be available to assist with heavy lifting.

Late Pick-Up: If an emergency arises and we can grant a late pick-up, a $20/day storage fee will apply. 3. Shipping Made Simple In-House Shipping: Available for smaller, sturdy items (under 18 inches and non-fragile). LiveShipping (Integrated): For items that don?t qualify for in-house shipping, we offer LiveShipping through LiveAuctioneers. They partner with vetted local shippers to provide a seamless, insured quote directly through your invoice. Third-Party Shipping: For large/delicate finds, we highly recommend Pack & Mail in Fort Collins. We are happy to coordinate with any shipper you prefer.
