Estate Sale at Ptarmigan Country Club in Fort Collins

Ms. Museum Estate Sale Event Terms and Conditions:
(These Terms and Conditions will also be posted on the front entrance door as well as throughout the event in High Visibility Areas)

• All Sales are Final. No Returns are Accepted. It is the Buyer’s Responsibility to determine if the item meets their particular standards for satisfaction.
• We do not return emails, phone calls or online messages relating to Early Access or Pre-Sale Purchase Requests. Our Estate Sales are not online auctions and all items are sold on a first-come first-serve basis during Official Event Hours. We are unable to provide Pre-Sale pricing feedback due to contractual obligations with our client.
• We are proud to be the 1st and ONLY Estate Sale company in Colorado to offer a 10% Total Discount (full price items only) for all Active Duty or Retired Military, Police or Firefighters, K-12 Teachers and College Professors, Senior Citizens, College Students, and Doctors/Nurses. We sincerely appreciate all that you do to make our Colorado community strong!
• We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries on the property. By entering the event premises, you agree to release Ms. Museum Estate Sales, LLC from all liability relating to any subsequent issue of this nature. We ask that all visitors please be cautious of your movements, and those of others, to reduce probability of any mishaps.
• Only (2) people are allowed to shop at the SPECIAL table at one time. Numbers will be available for shoppers interested in securing the next available slot.
• If you place an item on the HOLD shelf, you are agreeing to pay full price for the item. No negotiations will be considered for any item(s) placed on the HOLD shelf.
• Cash and Credit/Debit are Accepted. No personal checks are accepted. Buyer Agrees to pay all applicable taxes ( + additional credit/debit processing fees if buyer selects digital payment method).
• Access to this event will be limited to (30) persons total at one time. This protects our ability to provide excellent
customer service to each shopper, dramatically reduces the chance of any broken or damaged inventory and most importantly guarantees a premier shopping experience for every visitor. 1st Access each day will be determined by those persons present in line when the doors open. No Sign- Up sheet will be posted.
• There are no restrooms available for public use at this event. We apologize for this possible inconvenience but our events always have a list of nearby facilities posted in high visibility areas for quick reference.
• There are no price negotiations on the 1st day of our events. The second day there are negotiations up to 25% off certain items per Laurie’s discretion for buyers who are spending over $200. The 3rd day is Half-Off event and the Half-Off price is not negotiable and our lowest price.
• Please do not attempt to negotiate with our team members or during processing of your order at the payment center. If you are interested in negotiating, please find Laurie to discuss your offer in hopes of receiving a Price Waiver ticket.
• If a buyer is unable to remove their purchase during the time of payment, it is the buyer’s responsibility to collect a “SOLD” label from our Payment Center for each item and ensure they are easily visible once attached.
• As always, please bring adequate help if you are purchasing a large item to ensure the item is moved safely, so that no one ends up injured accidentally and to protect against any damages to the home during transport. We are happy to offer use of our company dolly to ease the load on your crew.
• Although our entire team adores all animals, they are not allowed inside the home. Please be respectful of the homeowner’s wishes so we are not forced to ask any companion to leave the event.

*** As always, please be sure to not park in anyone's driveway (including the event driveway). If you are interested in accessing the driveway or other areas closer to the home to load large items, just let one of our team members know and we will be sure to quickly coordinate the moving so you are able to have easy access. Please bring assistance if you intend to purchase one of the larger items. We do not allow Early Bird shoppers and are not responsible for any injuries on the Estate Sale property.
