- We will resend the invoices with the complete address of the pick up location at approximately 7:30 am on Saturday, 3/7.
- Please do not bid on an item if you cannot pick it up during our pickup days on 3/7 (from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm) or 3/8 (from noon to 2:00 pm). We are unable to store items and will make special arrangements in extremely limited cases.
- We take several pictures of most items to allow you to virtually examine them. We also examine items and describe any blemishes, but you should use the pictures to identify flaws that may not be included in our descriptions. If you notice an issue with an item that is not in our description, don't hesitate to contact us. We are happy to follow up.
- We offer shipping on some items in the auction, and those items have a "Shipping Available" icon on their postings. See "Pickup and shipping details" for additional information about packing charges, insurance and shipping fees. If you purchase an item without a "Shipping Available" icon, and the item must be shipped, you must provide a FedEx account. We will deliver the item to FedEx, and they will pack and ship it.
- If you think you qualify for tax exempt status, you must submit your tax ID certificate to AuctionNinja. We are unable to collect and process tax ID certificates.
- Our listings occasionally include props used to display the items, like picture holders, jewelry display pieces & others. Unless explicitly stated, these items are not included with the lot.
