We have just reset and even added a number of more items!
This is one of those unique sales we offer from our private home buyouts where everything is set up in a warehouse for easy shopping and we wheel and deal till it all goes away by the week’s end.
Unfortunately there are some stairs to enter, and no bathrooms onsite - but public bathrooms are available two blocks away.
OK, to leave placeholders after 7AM and stay warm in your cars!
*All sales are "where is, as is -and final". Be sure to inspect your items prior to purchase as there are no returns or refunds.

*We usually have a helping hand as staffing allows, however please bring appropriate help for any large items - as you are responsable for moving and loading all furniture.

 “Everything goes” in this estate sale extravaganza from buyouts large and small.  This is the sale where we tag up everything from those HOA homes and smaller estates that have been moved to an old warehouse.  You will still be able to dig through crates and a some garage tool bins, but also see some great artwork and awesome furniture at estate sale prices.  We have many staging items from new towels, pillows and linens along side “out of the box” designer sconces and vintage touches for decorator pop.  We like to put all the “detail” descriptions in the pictures, so stay tuned for that... but we promise this is going to be another estate opportunity to scoop great deals and treasures in a fun and funky setting.  (Don’t miss those Danish Dogs. They are the sweetest.)   Come on by and pack a suitcase!
