Multi-generational Estate Sale
Terms
This estate is so large that we will conduct a sale on two consecutive weekends. This listing is ONLY for the first weekend of the sale... everything you see here will be sold that first weekend. All descriptions refer to this FIRST weekend of the sale.
However, we suggest you place BOTH weeks of the sale on your personal calendar.
We gladly accept cash and Venmo payments.
No credit cards. Pre-approved checks only.
This is a three-day sale. Prices will be firm on the first day. They will then be reduced 20% on Friday and (most items) 50% on Saturday.
All items are sold "as is, where is." No returns will be accepted and no refunds given.
Each visitor is responsible for his or her own property. Neither the estate nor this company will be liable for any lost or stolen items belonging to visitors.
Because some furniture is used for display purposes, it is possible a few furniture items (although available for purchase from the beginning of the sale) might need to be picked up on the final day of the sale. Please ask if you have any questions.
We are looking to the final day of this sale, and there are so many great bargains, including some excellent mid-century furniture and other items. Please remember that every item described here WILL be for sale this weekend. In addition, there will be a second sale at the same location seven days after the first sale.
