Sunflower Estate Sales will do our best to list any damage, repairs or restorations of items, however we also acknowledge there may be errors in listings, and the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. SES specializes in recycling antiques, vintage and used items.

Auction Pickup
• Address and pick-up details is provided to the winners after auction closes• Please bring your own labor for heavy items, a proper vehicle, and your own packing supplies. If you are unable to remove items won and need assistance there will be a $35 charge on the credit card that is filed with Auction Ninja per staff used. If you win a large item (ex. Hutch) and are a no show or you forfeit the item there will be a charge of $100 to have it removed by a third party.

ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED, UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE BEFOREHAND
