Buyer’s Premium

Anne & Anna Estate Services charges an 18% buyer’s premium on all winning bids. The buyer’s premium is added to the hammer price and included on the final invoice.

All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, and WITH ALL FAULTS.

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and photographs, but it is the bidder?s responsibility to review all information before placing a bid. No guarantees, warranties, or returns are offered.

Pickup & Forfeiture Policy

All items must be picked up Wednesday, February 4th, during the designated pickup window from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Items not picked up during this scheduled window may be considered abandoned and subject to forfeiture, resale, or disposal without refund.

Buyers must pick up their items within 7 business days of the auction’s close or contact us to arrange an alternative plan.

If the buyer does not schedule a pickup within 7 business days
and
does not communicate with us during that time,

the item will be considered forfeited with no refund. The item will be disposed of, donated, or reauctioned at the discretion of Anne & Anna Estate Services.
