We have an excellent estate to offer, with an outstanding view of Golden as a bonus! The Morris family is downsizing, and we have both many household items and exciting collectibles to offer. This is just a partial list, with at least 40 boxes to be unpacked, so write the date on your calendar now and come back to get the details on this exciting sale.

Please note that most of the items, including the furniture, in this house are in excellent condition. You will find quality here, from beginning to end.

Furniture – Brunswick “Orleans” tournament pool table with accessories (we will try to sell this immediately, so contact me if you are interested); vintage or antique buffet (probably c. 1910, but not certain); pair of matching white wingback chairs; couch; solid book case shelving units; L-shaped office desk and matching large table; 2 stools (from the pool room); hide-a-bed couch; matching bedroom set c. 1920 (single bed, dresser, table); additional dresser; bed-side stand; other desk furniture.

Metalware – antique pewter, vintage flatware (some sterling), several sterling serving pieces.

Glassware & porcelain – approximately 20 pieces of Flint Glass (most pre-1865), including lamps, decanters, cruets and tumblers; many other examples of antique glassware; Wedgwood (Embossed Queensware, I’m told); antique Haviland; Spode; English Ironware; several pieces of Delft.

Kitchen – at least two boxes full of smaller vintage kitchen items, including wooden implements, salt & pepper shakers, etc.; Dazey glass butter churn; vintage blender.

Books – several boxes of both vintage and newer books. We will probably have a “garage sale” section (50 cents and under), plus a section where each book is individually priced.

Clocks – at the least, we have an antique mantle clock and a cuckoo clock (appears to be Black Forest, but needs new bellows for the cuckoo); there may be more.

Other Collectibles – carom board with wooden sets; other games; wicker & wooden baskets; vintage English tapestry; records, both 45s and 78s.

And… a big bag of toys and stuffed animals (not even opened), an entertainment system (CD, tape, tuner, speakers), and lots of other surprises.
