Estate Sale ~ Grand Junction 3 Bedroom Home

This estate sale is for a 3-bedroom, 2 bath home. The home belonged to a JC Penney Manager who retired after 40 years with the company. That being said, everything is in "like new" condition. All items were well cared for and still look like new. A list of some of the items for sale includes:

2 sofas, 1 hide-a-bed Lazy Boy sofa, 5 upholstered chairs (including a wing-back that matches one of the sofas), piano (free to someone in need), assorted side tables and plant stands, coffee table, queen size bed including headboard, box spring, mattress, and frame, high boy dresser, dresser with mirror, 2 nightstands/bedside tables, assorted lamps, desk chair, computer desk, 2 curios (one that lights from within,) and a kitchen table with two leaves and 4 chairs
