Terms: This is an Internet Only Auction.  Payment must be made on location at 808 9th Street Greeley, Colorado 80631 on Sunday, October 9, 2016 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 Noon and 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM.  Cash, Check with pre-approved bank letter of guarantee, MasterCard & Visa are accepted payments.  A standard 18.5% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases in this Auction.  The buyer’s premium is discounted to 15% for cash and guaranteed check payments the day after the auction only.  Sales tax applies.  Everything sold AS-IS with no refunds.  Nothing removed until paid for.  NO REFUNDS.  All announcements posted on the bidding site take precedence over any other.  Not responsible for accidents.

Inspection:  This is an Internet Only Auction.  We highly recommend your personal inspection of the items.  You may inspect the items onsite at 808 9th Street Greeley, Colorado 80631 on Friday October 7, 2016 from 5:30 - 7:30 PM & Saturday October 8, 2016 from 1:00 - 3:00 PM.  There is additional parking and entrance at rear (south side) of store.  We try to describe items as well as possible but it is still best to inspect them in person.  Since this is a complete liquidation, we assume the items work.  We do not try everything out or verify condition.  That is why we have inspection.  Everything is sold as-is where-is.  If you are in doubt about anything, call us for more information or a condition report.

Load-out: Payment, item pickup and load out for this Auction is on location at 808 9th Street Greeley, Colorado 80631 on Sunday October 9, 2016 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 Noon and 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM.  RMEB does not provide loading assistance.  BRING HELP IF YOU NEED IT.  Some items are located in the basement.  Bring whatever boxes, packing material, furniture blankets, tools, dollies or anything else you may need.  This is the only load-out time and date.  You will be charged for your purchases even if you do not come get them.  There will be a minimum charge of $200 to meet anyone at any other time.

Shipping: If you want your items shipped, AT YOUR EXPENSE,  please contact us at info@whitleyauction.com by 9:30 AM on the Sunday following the Auction to arrange payment and shipping.  The preferred shipping company is Greeley Shipper Supply at 970-330-1391.  Furniture and larger items can be expensive to ship.  You may want to get shipping quotes PRIOR to bidding.   RMEB will deliver small, hand-carried items to its Eaton Auction Center for a charge of $10 for the first lot & $5 for each lot thereafter.  RMEB can also deliver larger items for higher fees.  There is very poor cell coverage at the auction site.  Make sure you email us by 9:30 AM Sunday October 9, 2016 if you want items shipped or delivered.
