Mandatory Load-Out: ONE-DAY LOAD OUT ON WEDNESDAY ONLY. Pickup is by appointment on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Some items have other loadout dates and/or times that are noted in the item descriptions.

Payment Methods: Cash up to $5000, Bank Wire, Check with pre-approved bank letter of guarantee, MasterCard and Visa up to $2500 are accepted payments. If you have any questions about the payment terms call our office at 970-454-1010. We are easy to work with but work hard to prevent fraud.

Buyer’s Premium: A standard 18.5% Buyer’s Premium applies. This is discounted to 15% for cash and guaranteed check payments made the day after the auction only.

Taxes: Sales tax applies to all purchases.

Late Penalties: Items not picked up during this designated time (or arranged for shipping) will incur a $25.00 per invoice administrative fee plus a $10.00 per lot per day storage charge.

Special Payment Terms: Shipped High-Value Items

Shipping Information

Local pickup preferred. This auction is primarily a local pickup event due to the size and weight of the industrial equipment.

Small items only: We offer shipping only for small, hand-carried items such as porcelain signs, gas pump globes, hand tools, and memorabilia. We will ship these items basically anywhere at the buyer’s expense.

No shipping on large assets: We will not ship the paint booth, automotive lifts, rolling tool boxes, or heavy shop machinery. Buyers are responsible for removal and transport of all large equipment.

Buyer Responsibility: All shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
