This is a very early partial listing of the assets available at our upcoming facility auction. Featured items include a Hyster Fortis 50 Forklift (LPG) and an Electric Power Stacker. This sale offers significant warehouse infrastructure, including Heavy-Duty Teardrop Pallet Racking, extensive runs of White Industrial Shelving, several "Eagle" and "Justrite" Flammable Storage Cabinets, and multiple Metal Double-Door Storage Cabinets.

The auction also includes Three (3) Large Antique Cast-Iron Safes, numerous Antique Industrial Scales, and a specialized Jeweler's Rolling Mill used for processing precious metals into thin sheets. For shop and laboratory requirements, we are offering a large Steel Glide Rolling Tool Chest, Industrial Kilns and Mills, a Professional Stand Mixer, an Industrial Pallet Scale, and various miscellaneous shop tools. This is an online auction happening on-site. While continuing in business, Schilling Inc. will no longer be using this facility and has hired RMEB Inc. to sell all remaining items at the location. Along with these assets, we will also be selling several other fine items from various consignors. The site is packed with a massive variety of industrial assets and unique facility finds. 2. Payment Methods: Cash up to $5000, Bank Wire, Check with pre-approved bank letter of guarantee, MasterCard & Visa up to $2500 are accepted payments. If you have any questions about the payment terms call our office at 970-454-1010. We are easy to work with but work hard to prevent fraud.
3. Buyer's Premium: A standard 18.5% Buyer’s Premium applies. The Buyer's Premium is 15% for cash and guaranteed check payments made THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION ONLY.
4. Taxes: Sales tax applies to all purchases.
5. Mandatory Load-Out: ONE-DAY LOAD OUT ON WEDNESDAY ONLY! Pickup is by appointment on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, from 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM at 1299 H St Greeley, CO 80631.
6. Loading Assistance: Bidders are responsible for providing their own loading help, tools, and labor. Please bring any necessary dollies, carts, boxes, or packing materials, as these are not provided. Certain items, such as shelving, must be disassembled by the buyer. A forklift will be available on-site during the scheduled load-out to assist with heavy loading.
7. Failure to Pickup: Items not picked up or arranged for shipping during the load-out period will incur a $25.00 per invoice fee plus $10.00 per lot/day storage. Other moving and storage charges will apply if left over two days.

Due to increased fraud, purchasers of gold, silver, coins, or other high-value items who require shipping MUST pay via Bank Wire or Certified Funds. Credit card payments will not be accepted on these items from buyers unknown to RMEB. No returns accepted.
